Roy sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Schulman,
I am sending you this message because on October 11th, someone at PayPal essentially, shut down my account unjustifiably and without explanation. This act has caused me tremendous anxiety and trauma. I've tried to contact representatives through the Customer Service line to shed light and give me a clue as to why this has happened. One rep said, ".....this could be due to you having opened 2 different PayPal accounts with the same e-mail...." Another rep said, ".....We've noticed you have opened more claims and disputes than normal...." Both reasons are COMPLETELY FALSE. I only have
