I was a happy customer of Paypal until last December, 2016. I have been trying to close my account with Paypal and this cannot be done because i have a refund of $7.00 which Customer Service refuses to mail to me. Only can send my bank $1.25 at a time.
Can you assist in resolving this matter?
I was a happy customer until I had a complaint with a seller and Paypal customer service said we (paypal) work for the sellers and not the buyers. Is this any way to treat customers?
