Roy sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Schulman,
(Continued) I am sorry.... I believe a technical glitch caused me to send you an e-mail a few moments ago before I had finished my entire text.
As I was saying, I only have ONE e-mail for PayPal and secondly, all the claims and disputes that were opened by me were COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. I even included several pictures to corroborate my claims when communicating with the sellers on ebay. Sellers would then apologise and issue a partial or full refund accordingly. I am an honest and respectful buyer and seller on ebay.
My feedback is a perfect 100% of which I am very proud. I urge you read it and see for yourself.
Mr. Schulman, I am hoping you will understand my situation. This small business I have on ebay is all I have. I make a little bit of money ; just enough to get by. I am asking you to please restore my PayPal account so we can continue doing business together. I promise to be more careful in the future and deal only with sellers I am familiar with to help reduce and hopefully eliminate opening claims and disputes..
I would be more than happy to speak with over the phone and provide more details if you require them.
Thank you for your time and patience.
I hope to hear from you very soon.
Very Sincerely,
Roy
