Dear Mr Schultz, I am new to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and I recently got an email regarding my monthly premium payment. When I attempt to log in the system tells me that I have incorrect information. When I try to reset the account the system tells me that my security answer is incorrect. I have called Member services for the last two days in an attempt to reset the system so that i can pay my bill and I just get transferred around the company where I am told there is a 45 minute wait to speak with someone or I get automated messages telling me to leave a message and someone will get back to me in twenty four hours. This is not an auspicious start to a long term relationship nor is it good customer service, especially since all I am trying to do is remit my monthly premium. I should be able to speak with someone who can assist me immediately with either helping me reset my account or making my payment. I would appreciate a live human being contacting me who can assist me with this problem. I may be reached
