I am a senior citizen in Rochester Hills mi who had stage 4 breast cancer and a husband with agressive vascular dementia. We had always paid for the whole year but my husband in his demented state began throwing mail away. So I didn't know we got out bill I would like to pay my bill yearly again which the contact here told me you would never allow. I am asking you please to let me pay this way again.
