Dear Mr. Slager. I really dont expect to hear back from you but had to vent about how disappointed I am in your company. I know you got the Ethical company award in 2017 and best employer and you must be proud but the experience I had the past two weeks has left me very disappointed. We are a small Asian restaurant on State Street in Kennett Square Pennsylvania. Lily Asian Cuisine and our neighbor Talulas table both have Republic services as our trash removal. Within the last month we had our entire wall stuccoed and painted. The dumpster from Talulas table was emptied and put in front of our building and damaged the new Stucco. Josh Love and Tim Denigan both have told me that first Talulas table was responsible then they blamed our Stucco Guy. I told them if the dumpster wasnt in front of our building the wall wouldnt be damaged. The dumpster did not have locking wheels. Then they said the dumpster rolled and hit the wall. If it had rolled it would have crossed the alley not have gone uphill and hit our wall. then they said the Stucco company did it. I told them that we would never have okd the job if the wall had holes in it. They werent helpful at all and I really hope it isnt because I am a female and our company is Asian. Can you please help. If not I understand but felt I had to reach out to you. Thank you for your time.
