Dear Mr. Smith:

Please forgive for contacting you but i have just had a very disturbing expereince with FedEx.It was so awful that i think that you should know.I ordered some packages from a retailer the packages came but the driver left them at Apt 104 o am Apt 112.My neighbors are under no obligation to return any merchandise to me, and i also ordered some merchandise two weeks and it was taken to the office. I was home today so there wasnt any reason why i should not have received them.Whom ever driver is leaving packages in the vestibule. He obviously does not care about his job.I think you you should give him the opportunity to find work elsewhere. we did not have this problem with the other driver who worked this route. What upset me me the most is that my merchandise is worth almost three hundred dollars. Please terminate this driver. Thank you Natasha
