Dear Mr Sorenson, I am writing to you as a long time loyal Marriott customer. I have been an Elite Marriott Rewards members for over the last 10 years. I should be Platnum again this year. I couple of years ago my job within Ricoh Corp changed and I was traveling less. I still stayed Gold for Personal travel. I just started traveling again. I have only stayed at Marriott of course. Just about a 2 months ago Ricoh changed their travel company to Egencia. We have to go through the web site for all air, hotels and car rental. I also noticed I stopped getting Martioitt rewards points and credits for stays. When I called Marriott rewards it was explained that if I used Egencia I would not receive credit for my stays. I explained that I had not choice. How do I stay a part of the Marriott family and also do what is required for employment. I have tried to not use Egencia and was told I had too. Martioitt rewards doesn't seem to care that I may be leaving the program. Please help I would like to continue to be part of Marriott rewards. I have not received credit for last 5-6 stays. I am sure I am not the only one in this situation. Wanted you to be aware. I appreciate your help. Rick. Thanks again. I don't want to leave Marriott
