My name is Maria and I am an Elite member of Marriott Rewards. Although we are not rich, we try to stay with Marriott because of the good service (especially in Marriott Cebu, Philippines). We stayed at the Marriott Cebu, Philippines for 10 days and 2 days last month in Quantico. Because we booked through Expedia, I didn't receive any points. When I called, the customer rep said that I was not given points because I booked through a third party. I almost fainted! The reason why I booked with Expedia was because their rate was lower - and the thing is, we paid the hotel directly (not Expedia). Please help me get my rewards.
