You are busy and I will be brief. We stayed at the Marriot Waikoloa 1.12.16 - 1.17.16. Upon arrival we paid for an upgraded room, which unfortunately had cockroaches. We were moved to another room after 2 days.
Wonderful property, staff, and service (with the exception of the cockroach problem). However, thought you should be aware that the response to the cockroach issue was not resolved in a timely manner and it left a poor taste in my mouth having to pay for an upgraded room that was already inhabited by those little bugs.
