Dear Mr. Sorenson,
You have a accident/lawsuit waiting to happen. There is a parking curb placed BETWEEN two parking spaces (each of those having their own parking curb). The tire stop is also painted blue. In the dark evening I tripped over the curb. My knee caps slammed on the ground and my hands caught the rest of my weight. This curb is a huge hazard and should be removed, yesterday.
We also had my 86 year old mom and dad traveling with us. A fall at their age would have been disastrous and completely avoidable.
We travel with our children who compete at an elite level in junior golf. Our 3rd visit to this property was problematic from check-in. I intentionally booked our reservations direct and 4 weeks in advance to ensure there would be no errors. In the end, we did not get the golf course view that I paid extra for, and at a premium (lower rates were available outside of the Marriott website).
My expectation: I expect to see evidence that this curb has been removed.
