Dear Mr. Sorenson,

I must say the service at Marriott over the past 5 years is continuously getting worse. From the Bonus points to services received it has forced me to start staying Hilton more and more. I have been with Marriott for almost 25 years and I am a Platinum Elite member. When I try an use points it never works.
I tried booking the Atlanta Marriott Marquis for next years Super Bowl. Was able to book January 30th to February 1st. I was told the hotel was sold out for February 2nd. I asked the desk how can that be if you are not allowed to book rooms at any hotel on the 2nd until the next day. Did not have an answer. If I have one thing to thank you for that is thank you for the wake up call 5 years ago. I realized putting all of my cookies in one basket was not a smart move and over the past 5 years I have been able to become Diamond member at Hilton. I was also able to get a room on points for the Super Bowl through Hilton. Would have much rather stayed at the Marriott but does not look like that is going to happen.
I have not voted for Marriott the last 5 years on the Freddie awards as well. Thankfully I am Platinum for life so I do not need to worry about my points going anywhere.
