Dear Mr. Spence,

On 6/17/2016 at approximately 5:26 PM I was hung up on by your customer service department. I was attempting to talk to a customer service representative about changing my due date by a day to avoid a late payment and to do it permanently in order to have this no longer be an issue. When I was told she could not do that because I have a payment due on the 30th that I am unable to pay until the 1st I asked to speak to her supervisor. I find it ridiculous that the bill can not be extended to incorporate 1 day in order to facilitate payment. She then placed me on hold for for roughly 17 minutes and then when she came back to the line, she stated that I would be on hold again. I asked for her name and employee ID and was then placed on hold after receiving the information After 4 minutes of waiting the line clicked and my phone showed I had been disconnected. There has been no attempt to call me back as repair for a hanging up on me and (despite having my number) and I have attempted to call back but was so irritated that after waiting another 10 minutes on hold I hung up. The employees name was
Sherice. At this point its not even about my issue I just want an apology for the way I was treated by your staff. I find it highly unprofessional and will be lodging a complaint with the BBB.

Robert
