Jacquelyn sent a message to Edward W. Stack – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dick’s Sporting Goods – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Stack,
As a customer I feel very let down with the return policy of such a huge corporation. I did everything by your rules and you still denied my refund. $120.00 might just seem like a penny to a millionaire like you, but to me it's a lot of money. I returned a pair of shoes my 11 year old grandson ordered(whole other story) without permission.
When I sent them back your policy stated they had to be returned by 60 says. I returned them 1 day before the 60 days, so I assume you didn't receive them until after the date. Other companies take the post office date not the day they are received. I did what I was suppose to do.
A billion dollar company treating customers this way is shameful. What happened to American people. All common sense out the window for the all mighty dollar.
Just thought I would bring this to your attention. Although you probably won't even see this letter.
Thank you,
Jacquelyn
