Can you help me? I Purchased a $400,bike this past Saturday from store#7987 in Martinsburg, WV. I trusted the sales person to fit me with correct size. Had limited selection of brand i liked. Sold me a males Nishiki" frame 29" wheel. I expressed it was a bit big, especially the wheels, but he said it was fine. I'm a female 5'2'' 118 lbs. Bought it, took home, then realized it was definitely too big. Called store next day to make arraignments for exchange and was told, once bike leaves the store they will not return/exchange, even if sales person fits you incorrectly. Can you please help me? All I want to do is exchange bike for one my size.
