Dear Mr. Stack CEO.I would like to take this opportunity to thank an employee for outstanding customer service. She is sincere and thorough. Her name is Jamie Flatty. I would like you to acknowledge her service because she saved customer. As you well know, anyone with whom I spoke to about my experience shopping at Dicks is also influenced. A terrible start to my nearly cancelled purchase was saved by Jamie. My local retail store has very inadequate and disrespectful management staff. To me, it appeared as though they were poorfly trained or cannot follow proceedures. Everything they told me was inaccurate. It took a person from corporate ( jamie Flatty) to correct this. I do believe jobs are important to these employees but it is no wonder why so many people use on-l;ine shopping, they avoid all the idiots! Feel free to contact me if you need further information.
