Dear Mr. Stack, Dicks Sporting Goods. Very displeased! To hear the rest see the tracking info on all my customer service calls to 1-877-846-9997 and their inputted History! I dealt with very outstanding representatives who tried to help me with my request. Teddy, Ti, Davante,Booker and finally a Manager Diamond appeased my request somewhat ! Bottom line is the product ordered and paid for back on June 23rd. Order# 10025223052 has still not arrived and curbside delivery was paid for and promised and still shows as 07/21/2017. Your Manager Diamond offered a 20% refund and I did accept. BUT, I still need to devote another day to anxiously await my new Maverick Kayak delivery ! Time is precious and I appreciate your time! You cannot buy it, sell it, rent it, lease it or get it back! It is just gone! I do appreciate your taking the time to look into my recent online experience with your company! Perhaps a Carrier review is needed as they seem to not have the best interest of your customer as a priority! Please look into my dealing with your representatives and after my Thirty plus years in the retail industry my expressed feelings on the way Your company handled this purchase! By the way; Still no Kayak! With all Sincerity, Brian J. Murphy
