Dear Mr Stack -- I contacted two agents by email chat to ask if they could help me purchase a $99.99 product and still use my $20 off $100 coupon. One sent me a link to a $1.99 product that was out of stock. The other simply said no. I asked if they really wanted to lose my business over 1 cent and they were adamant. I went elsewhere. I would expect much better customer service from a company that is so successful.
