Dear Mr. Stack,
I have always found your stores to be top notch. I am not someone that has ever written a CEO regarding an incident in a store. Yesterday, I was checking out of one of the stores located on Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting PA. I was asked if I wanted to round up my total purchase of 179.97 and when I inquired to why I would want to do that ....the sales person responded ,"Miss the people that shop at our store don't really care. Its only 3 cents." Wow! So I'm suppose to give you more money for convenience sake? Not because the money is going to a charity? When I asked other friends about this their reaction was the same? Crazy! I didn't see anything on your official website about this so I am asking you or someone in your organization ... What's the deal- or who does this deal work in favor of? The consumer? Not from where I sit.
