Dear Mr. Stack
I'm very hesitant to contact you with this problem because I know you're a very busy man but I feel I've reached the end of my wits.
On 5/15/2016 I ordered an Odyssey putter from your website. I received the putter a couple of days later, only to find it was not the style I ordered. I called customer service and explained the problem, they said I would receive a pre-paid shipping label via email within 48 hrs, four days later still no label.
I decided to return it to my local DICK'S and I did on 5/23/2016, they told me they could not refund my $106.49 in cash because I paid by Paypal with the cash I had in the account, instead they credited my Mastercard that was linked to my Paypal account, this upset me because I needed the cash. Well, it is now 6/10/2016 and no money has been credited to my Mastercard and I'm wondering how a company can do business this way.
I appreciate your taking the time to read this and would like to know your thoughts on the matter..
