Dear Mr. Stack: While I have not been in one of your stores yet, I am compelled to write, nonetheless. Thank you for the firm stance you have taken on age restrictions for gun sales, and banning assault weapons from your stores. Like many people, I spend my money in places that support good ideas, so you can expect that Dicks will have my business.
No, I am not a “no guns” person, but having lived with teenagers, I know how slow their brains are to develop, particularly our young men. I have been advocating for an age restriction of 25, in line with access to rental cars. I would be interested in what you think about that.
