Dear Mr. Stack,
I am returning my 4th pair of Brooks Womens Running Shoes to your company. My initial order was made online on 2/14/17 for a pair of Womens Adrenaline GTS 16 running shoes in size 11 Narrow (2AA). I have continued to receive an 11 B each and every time. Receiving the incorrect size or used, dirty shoes thrown in a packing box (not the Brooks shoe box!) is totally unacceptable. Your CSR personnel assured me an AA width is actually a B width or Normal with as one CSR informed me. I was also told that Brooks running shoes are only available in this B-Narrow width .
After receiving and returning my 3rd pair of Womens running shoes from your company, I contacted Brooks Customer Service to inquire about their available shoe sizes and widths. The Brooks CSR informed me they do indeed manufacturer certain styles of Womens running shoes in a Narrow/2AA width. After being encouraged to view the available Narrow/2AA widths online, I was more than satisfied in knowing Dicks Sporting Goods CSR were either totally uninformed over Brooks shoe sizing or they would continue to try to convince customers a B width is actually a Narrow 2/AA . Thats just bad business as far as Im concerned.
However, I have found many other online sources of Brooks Womens Running Shoes in my shoe size and I will support them.
