Dear Mr. Stack,
Its unusual for me to write to a company, but after hearing the news this morning, that Dicks Sporting Goods took a courageous step of announcing that it would no longer be selling semi-automatic, military type weapons, I had to applaude your decision.
I had lived in Newtown, CT when the Sandy Hook School tragedy occurred and became frustrated with the little effort that legislators, gun manufactures did after this tragedy.
I hope other retailers will follow your example.
Thank you for taking a step that will help protect our children and grand children. Dicks Sorting Goods, will be bookmarked as one of my favorite sources for sporting goods for my grand children.
