Rifaz sent a message to Steve Easterbrook- CEO of McDonald’s – email address that said:
Dear mr Steve
Extremely disappointed with the level of service at Mc Donald's franchise in Sri Lanka
1. We are served burnt buns
2. Reheated burgers that are like rubber
3. Milk shakes that's are like water
And today when I visited to buy big Mc for my family
I asked for a meal at the drive through the girl informs me the machine for drinks is broken and they can give me a bottle of water for it.
And informed no thanks just give me the burger and I spoke to the manager and informed him how disappointed I was that mc Donald's is not able to give me a meal as advertised for which he insults me saying it is not his fault and I can do what ever I want and asks me to leave.
Extremely disappointed, these franchisees are ruining the exceptional brand and name created by your company
If no immediate corrections are not done
Mc Donald's will end up with multiple law suits
