I have been using your company for a few years now and have always been impressed with your company. Recently, I encountered some problems with Behringer. Without getting into the whole story, I wanted to let you know that an employee of yours, Roxanne Berghoff is Fantastic. She bent over backwards to resolve my problem and did in a way that left this customer extremely happy. I can't praise her enough. I have also got to commend Brian Loney for all his help and advise. Your customer service is outstanding and refreshing as service in any field seems to be declining. Additionally, your product line and prices are unbeatable. I have been in the music business for 40 years. This is how I make my living. I truly feel Sweetwater has my back. I tell everyone, novice and veteran musician about Sweetwater. Thank you for your marvelous company.
