Dear Mr Swedish,

I am extremely disappointed in the service Anthem has provided me. I was having difficulties with claims being rejected. When I called today I was on hold for 58 minutes.I was told this is normal. Once connected, the service from supervisor Angelica was very poor. I have sent Anthem 2 checks for 2016. Apparently, one is being refunded ( although I have not received it) and the note with the other was totally ignored. The note explained I overpaid in Jan. and I deducted that amount from my Feb. invoice. Hearing nothing, I assumed everything was ok. I found out today that my policy was cancelled, with absolutely no notification. The only way to re-instate my policy was to pay for 3 months. Since I don't have my refund yet this is a financial stretch. I was also told that my bills submitted in Jan and Feb might not be covered. This is horrible customer service. I will be cancelling my policy April 1st. I don't want to deal with this horrific customer service any more.
