Dear Mr. Thomas, I have been a customer for over ten years. I moved my office from Manhattan to Long Island August 18th. I have been incorrectly billed since then and have been trying to work with Don Mandell and Mary Grant to get this resolved. But as of today and a collection notice, no one has been able to help me. I have owned my business for over 23 years and have never had a problem like this. I really do not know what to do.
