Nick sent a message to Mark Thompson President and CEO, The New York Times Company that said:
Dear Mr. Thompson; I hope this email finds you well. I've had a most difficult time with your customer relations staff. I had been billed for two accounts for what I believe are a number of years. I have spoken to your staff a number of times and unfortunately did not follow up from my initial contact over a year ago. The bottom line is, your resolution area had no trouble racking down the history although others promised a call back without action. I wpild like to be refunded for the overpayment. The attentioon from someone on your staff would be appreciated.
