Terri sent a message to Tim Armstrong Chairman and CEO, AOL Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Tim Armstrong,
I am writing behalf of my mother who is 84 years old and a loyal customer to AOL for over 20 + years!
My Mom uses her credit card for AOL for payments, and she has been victimized 11 times!
She only uses her credit card for AOL and local prescriptions.
She thinks it must be AOL.
Is it possible for her to mail you a check for her payments?
The only reason she keeps her AOL is for her e-mail address. She has Time Warner for her internet. By chance are you merged with Time Warner.
Is there a way for her to retain her e-mail address and not pay the large monthly fee connected?
