Dear Mr. Tom , My name is Kimberly and I have been with twc for over twenty years and the past six years have had issues with service and since putting the dta boxes in over a year or so ago the issues increased from having to re-set them also having to re-set our internet our phone would drop calls finally the last tech Steve fixed all our issues except phone is still having static but we can deal with that. Our bill has increased and increased we have lost our wireless modem do to it being plugged into your box and with storm your box blew and took ours out so we had to purchasing a new one. After all other issues but to shorten this letter can't we have a great deal on our price for at least two years without increases. I know now when someone gets service With a bundle they get there's for 89.99 we would love after all these years being loyal customers with all these dissappointed years get a deal like that. If you can't give us something for our problems we had then please cut our services off because with our busy schedule while I am on break I am having to write you this letter because I have called on my day off and been kept on the line just to be dissappointed again so hopefully you can help .
