Robert sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
Dear Mr Toyoda i am very very disappointed in the level of service from Toyota . I ordered a brand new Toyota Proace van from my local Toyota dealer in the Town of Colchester in the County of Essex UK on 15/11/2016 was told by the dealership that my van would arrive with them on the 29/11/2016 when they have Pre delivery inspectioned it i could take delivery of it on 2/12/2016 but i have now had a phone call from the dealership saying i cannot have it until the 6th or 7th /12/2016 which i find very unacceptable considering the dealership is also having problems having other customers vehicles delivered to them on time. Wherever these vehicles are being manufactured give the dealership a delivery date so they can tell the customer when they can have the vehicle then nearer the delivery date they get in touch with the dealership move the delivery date to a later date at which point they let the dealership the customer down. When i went into the dealership to purchase this van i had always bought GM VAUXHALL vehicles as my sisters Toyota Rav 4 has been a very reliable vehicle very lovely to drive i thought i would change to Toyota but upon purchasing it i was told i couldn't have accessories on it like fog lights at all or if i wanted a tow bar fitted i would have to wait until the end of December for the one i would have liked also i said i would like the vehicle colour Black but was told if i wanted it Black i could not have the vehicle until 28/2/2017 which is totally unbelievable when i spoke to UK Customer services the people DID NOT know much at all about Toyota vehicles were very unhelpful i am sure this is not how you would The Toyta Motor Corporation to look. I would be very grateful if you could please help me to resolve this issues with my New Toyota Proace before i take delivery of it , i believe you won't let me down like some other people have in the Toyota Corporation have because so far the only people that have really tried to help me are the dealerhip they are struggling to get back up from Toyota UK.
