Dear Mr. Toyoda I hope this message finds you well. I have always respected – Akio Toyoda email address

thomas sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:

Dear Mr. Toyoda,
I hope this message finds you well. I have always respected Toyota's business model. I watched many years ago, your company build a wonderful plant in Georgetown, Kentucky. I also respected your company for it's quality automobiles. It is with sadness, that I must inform you that this quality has not shown itself in my 2005 Toyota Sienna. Though older, my van, converted for the use of the handicapped, has only accumulated 47,879 miles. I have now been informed by two mechanics that the engine has major issues that will be quite costly. My disability makes daily life expensive. High cost repairs to a low mileage Toyota is devastating to me. I bought this vehicle with great confidence that the engine would have a long, low maintenance life. I am looking at the possibility of having to replace the engine. It is burning oil. There is no low cost fix. My budget has no room for this expense. I felt compelled to inform you of this to hope I can find an amicable solution to this problem.
Sincerely,
Thomas
