Dear Mr. Toyoda,
I loved Toyota cars and have bought many from 355 (Rockville, MD) and Darcar (Siver Spring, MD) Toyota. I felt these two dealers cheated me with the manufacturers rebate. I, recently, bought a RAV4 for $30,032. This price that I negotiated with the dealer should not include the Manufacturer's rebate price. But, When I signed the contract, the dealer included $500 on top of the $30,032 and said they credit me for $500. So it showed the price at $30,032. My question is where is my $500 rebate check? This dealer pocketed the $500 themself. I should either get $500 rebate or reduced my final price to $29,532. This is not the first time they played that trick. It happened to me for my other cars. They even asked me for $250 for Grey color because they claimed their mistake for not including the $250 for the color different from the white during my buying experience with them. These dealers are not honest to the customers. I bought from these dealers two Sienna, one 4 Runner, one RAV4, one Lexus and never get any rebate as advertise on TV.
Please help me to resolve the problem.

The sale manager today told me If I have problem or don't like this dealership, Why Do I still come to buy from his dealer? I told him You won't see me again and I will send a letter to Toyota headquarter in Japan and If the problem still not resolved. My last option is to contact local ABC, NBC and CBS TV stations to be aware of these car dealers.
