Dear Mr. Toyoda,
I'm 46, Croatian (Europe) midle class woman. I will not bother you with long letther but I have to tell you something because I think you will understand. Long story short - after 8 year's now is time to change my Toyota Yaris. It was perfect and I adore that car, it is simple and reliable. This time I would like to buy Toyota Aygo. I respect all visual creative changes of your designer tim. But I have a problem with X mask, I don’t like it. But life is full of compromises. In whole Croatia (Ok we are small country with 4.5. million people) Toyota car dealers do not have black or grey Aygo X Play to see as a sample. All I have are pictures and movies on youtube as a base for decision. It can’t be good and right. As I said I’m middle class and when I need to buy car for cca 15.000 euros (I work for that a year) I want to know how look what I’m buying. I consider myself as creativ person, I’m journalist, but my imagination is insufficient for this challenge. In my conversation with Toyota dealers it is always some “BUT” or “IF”. I’m tired, for 15. 000 euros all I want is black or gray Toyota Aygo Play X with MISTED BLACK X mask on it. Is it such a big problem?
