Dear Mr. Toyoda,
I am the 3rd generation in my family to be using the Toyota Car. I recently leased my 3rd Toyota Vehicle. The quality of the car was always the best, however the customer service has really gone down the hill.
Does Toyota care for its loyal customer? Does a normal consumer mean anything to Toyota company? What lengths are you willing to go to to help me.
I asked for Help from Toyotas corporate office in Markham, Ontario but they refused to help. I feel helpless. I just told my grandma that it seems like Toyota has grown to big to look after the customers.
Can you answer this for me.
