Dear Mr Toyoda,
I purchased a Toyota Hybrid Auris last June 2016 and on my return to Spain from a month away, I found my car eaten by rats. I took the car to Toyota, Algeciras in Spain where I bought it.
I am writing to you because Toyota Algeciras has not given me a quote or response to the rat infestation within 10 days, except to inform me that the cables and car is badly damaged. No one has given me information as to whether the car is reparable or not or how much the cost is to repair the damages. The service is not what I expect from a reputable international company, and the reason I bought a Toyota car. I have had to contact Toyota in Algeciras because they dont contact me, and I am in a foreign country and feel stranded without my car and no information.
