Felix  sent a message to Nigel Travis ,Chairman and CEO, Dunkin€™ Brands Group Inc. that said:

Dear Mr. Travis

I am reaching out to you as my last attempt to solve an issue with my Dunkin Donuts card. I have contacted the customer service a number of times, with a waiting period over 30 minutes every time and as of today I still don't have a resolution.

The problem is that Dunkin has charged my personal credit card 3 times for the amount of $ 50,00 (totaling $ 150,00) but credited only $ 50.00 to my Dunkin Card.

I am currently, at this moment, on the phone on hold for 51 minutes. This is an outrageous waiting time.

I am hopeful to hear from you for a solution for this issue.
