Mr. Urcelay, I know you are a busy man so I'll try to make this letter as short as possible.
I bought a Charleston Lodge swing set for my sonâs 3 year birthday from one of your stores on March 13, 2015. It came with delivery and installation. Today is May 8 2015, and I still do not have a swing set. With countless phone calls and emails over the past 2 months, it doesnât look like itâs going to be installed anytime soon.
My family and I thought we would be receiving it today with so much excitement, however that didnât happen. To see the look on my sons face of disappointment, and to watch the tears in his eyes that he would have to wait even longer to receive his birthday gift. That was enough motivation for me to write you this letter.
There is much, much more detail with this issue, it would take many pages to explain, but however like I said I know youâre a very important and busy person, and I do not want to take up much of your time.
