Dear Mr. Urcelay, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share with you a concern you might not be aware of, that is potentially losing you hundreds of thousands - if not millions of dollars in business. Please allow me to share 3 recent experiences with you. Since September of last year I have had 3 different family members and friends register with your company's babies r us registry online. Being a busy working woman, I have gone on your website in September, October, December, and even January of this year to make online purchases from these 3 registries. Each time, I was kicked out at the final step of the checkout and tried again several times only to fail again and again. I then had to go into the store to make each of these purchases (which were rather large) and that I would have preferred not to have to carry on my own. I thought you should be aware of this issue as I can imagine I am not the only individual who has gone through this frustrating and time-consuming online experience.
