I am writing to you, hoping you might help us resolve an issue with Citizens Bank. I have been in contact with the Consumer Loan Servicing Dept. since August 5th,
My husband and I need a release of lien to send to the U.S.Coast Guard to register our sailboat. This was from previous owners of the boat. I faxed in all the documentation August 5 and again on August 19. I called to follow up and was told that the document was mailed August 23. To date, we have not received it. I spoke to 17 customer service representatives and supervisors. I asked for a name of a head of the department and was given George Smith. I left three voice mails, requesting a return call. I never received one.
We are extremely frustrated. We just need even a copy of the document remailed, with a tracking number. Time is of the essence with the Coast Guard.
