Dear Mr Vittorio Colao,
I am a Vodafone user located in Bayburt, Turkey the owner of the line feel that I have been unjustifiably mistreated by your local personnel in Turkey which have fallen into Turkish judiciary. Unfortunately your Turkey representative Colman Deegan having been informed of the case took it very lighty by assigning an anonymous caller who refused to give her full name, telephone number or her position with Vodafone Turkey. Hoping that this letter will reach you to activate your monitoring in customer satisfaction devices. I will authorize my lawyer to increase our demands for compensations and notify the consumer editors in local papers about vodafone malpracties.
