Cynthia  sent a message to Michael D. White, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer DIRECTV, Inc. that said:

Dear Mr. White,
This is my second email to you. Back in September of 2015, I ordered Direct TV. After many hours of talk with your employees, we thought everything had been taken care of. To make a long story short, we did not want the Hopper and a they scheduled a service man three different times to come out and replace the receiver. We asked about the Visa offer of $200 dollars that we did not get. Ended up that we would have 6 months service free. Couple of months later I get a bill for $121.00. Since nothing had been done as agreed upon I decided to cancel service. Not because I wanted to, it is because your people did not do what they said they would do. After talking with a supervisor named Richard he said that he would give a $100 credit towards the cancel fee. This is not good enough, I should not be charged a penny. Go back at look in the computer and see for yourself if my file has not been deleted. It is not right for your people to lie to their customers, shame on them and you for allowing it. Please feel free to contact me regarding this horrible situation.
