I am a Flex pay customer for my daughter Jileen West my bank account was compromised and had to get all new bank cards as a result my universal flex pay was canceled and a never received a reminder. Now customer service has informed me I have to pay another down payment and have to start a new contract . I have a very upset daughter she did get to go to the park.
