Simon sent a message to Ed Woodward CEO, Manchester United plc – email address that said:
Dear Mr Woodward. After taking my son to a game last march he bought a top from your shop at the ground.When we got home he noticed it was faulty so I rang your shop at the ground and was told I could retur it but had to pay the postage.Relucantly idid this.The item never arrived allegedly and I was told they would not replaceias it was lost and then they said they would have paid post so I could have got it tracked .I was then told to claim off Royal Mail and as yet I have not received anything. My son paid for this out of is birthday money so I have paid it him back saying the club did .When I got told this by a member of your staff another member of staff rang me and said she would secretly send me a top for him .However the top was not the same so my son never wore it It was good of this lady but I find it strange she had to pinch it from the shop to do it . I think this was totally wrong and was wondering if you could intervene and put this matter right Kind Regards Simon
