dear mrs. whitman,
my father bought a hp keyboard in dubai. when he got home to india, he discovered that the some of the keys were in the wrong place. i tried to use it in spite of the fact that some keys were in the wrong place and discovered that the keys "D" and "N" don't work.
i would like to get a replacement. could you please advise? i am not sure if my Dad has the bill.
