Dear Mrs. Whitman, It is my sincere hope that you will take this e-mail into consideration. I know that your are a very busy person. Although I have a heart felt story I wish to share with you. I have been told by the representatives that it is impossible for me to speak to you directly. I am sure you get these kinds of e-mails all the time. I am sure you have so much on your plate that it would be impossible to contact people on a more personal level. What a shame as I feel that you may be the only one who could make the difference. Please take the time if possible to contact me in the future. I would like for you to hear the sincerity in my voice other than via e-mail. Thanks for your help in this matter. Sincerely, Lorraine
