Dear Ms. Alber--

Contacting you out of desperation after dealing with your Pottery Barn Customer service for months. Purchased two Double Haden Sconces for a bath reno over the summer. I believe them to be defective, on two separate occasions glass tubes fell out and smashed while my 4 year old and I were in bathroom. I have sent photos of all this to your customer service. Thankfully we escaped injury both times but needless to say I no longer trust the lights. Have spoken to over a dozen of your employees and I have sent them back and am told they are in your warehouse but it's been OVER A MONTH and I still don't have credit on my credit card. I have finally filed with the BBB this morning. Please help. I have always respected and enjoyed your brands, WS and West Elm included but this has been an absolutely MISERABLE experience. Thank you in advance for your help.
