Dear Ms. Alber,
On Dec. 3rd, I ordered 3 monogrammed throws from WestElm under Orders  with a promised (not estimated) due date of Dec. 14. They still have not arrived. I have emailed WestElm many times and placed numerous phone calls and have received a small refund on my order, but have not received my throws or any info regarding their shipmen, yet my full payment was sent to WestElm. There are too many incident reports at this point to cite here. I am very dismayed and disappointed in WestElm. Of course, my Christmas is ruined because 2 of my throws were gifts AND 1 was for me and I will not be able to enjoy them next week when my family arrives here in Boca Raton, Florida to visit. As CEO of this company, you are my last resort to settle this matter. The fact that ABSOLUTELY NO ONE from westElm has reached out to me is indeed frustrating and upsetting. Please help me!
