Chel sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel that said:
Dear Ms Chua,
I am writing in to express my great disappointment with Singtel.
I just received a notice from you informing that my existing 3G mobile broadband plan will be terminated due to a "review of [your] plans [in order to] improve [your] products and services".
If thats the case, then why am I being punished when you claim to be improving your product and services? I signed up for a broadband package that comes with a mobile broadband component. Just because it was given free does not mean it is not part of the total package plan that I signed up for.
As a customer, I am entitled to the package I signed up for. You can "improve" for all you like, but a "free downgrade" is totally not acceptable. Offering a 50% discount as a compensation "in appreciation of my support" is a big joke.
If you no longer value me as a customer, you can say so straight, I can accept that better. Please look into this, thank you.
