Dear Ms Chua , I need your help in solving an issue with the billing department, I have spoken to several of your staff in SingTel and was promised to solve this issue . Since August 2017 all your staff claimed to have forgotten about my case . I had spoken to Manager Zamri in November and December but he too have forgotten about my case . On 2nd of Jan 2018 , I spoke to Shashidharan customer care executive about the issue , he called me today and didnt seem to know what we have spoken about on 2nd Jan 2018 , please call me as I need your help with this billing matter
